Blender/ mixer trefa with hopper for the pastry industry capacity 600 - 800 Liter per hour.

The mixing machine is based on a manual method of mixing dry ingredients into a fluid.
A constant flow of incoming (aerated) fluid is needed. The capacity of the hopper/feeder is frequency controlled even as the mixing speed.
